Hard to believe, isn’t it? A google image search for Golden Gate Bridge returns 3,400,000 results. A few are redundant, but they are all digital images of the GG Bridge. A Flickr search yields 276,290 items, all unique. In a way, I feel honored to have a pretty unique shot.
Seriously, this has to be one of my most favorite images of the GGB, ever. Between this and the bow and arrow sculpture on the Embarcadero, you’re really finding a way to make a iconic image new and exciting to look at.
Love the shot! I never get tired of seeing photos of that bridge. (Funny that the little “face” in the tower is kinda grumpy–maybe because his crown is so tiny?)
Excellent GGB image, there is still a unique shot to be had? Amazing.

Super shot!
Really sweet, Stuart…
i like the stats, it made me chuckle.
Yeah … this one is pretty much unique ……. from a plane ..? I’m guessing .. or did you find that angle from the Headlands ?
From a little airplane at 2108.6 ft.

Thanks Julie! There is always a fresh view of something.
Nicely done. This is definitely a unique take. Loving the fog as well.

Someone told me once that it looks like an angry duck. go figure.
Thanks again for the shot. I reblogged it on my Tumblr act: http://kc.br4dsh4w.com/
nice job Stuart. Amazing how you can see so little of it but it’s still so unmistakable what it is.
Yeah, it is unmistakable. The color, the shape.
