Hmmm. Can’t say I put that much thought into it one way or another. But in certain cases I do think it adds something (innocence, reality) to an image.
did you see me panting and practically hurling from running the f*ing steps by the waterfall yesterday? I was there. I’m there often. One day, they won’t hurt so bad. Stowe Lake is a great place to run for any runners out there (I’m not one of them though…).

It was very peaceful (especially considering I didn’t have to row). What I like about this photo is that it’s timeless and could be anywhere.

I think we were trying to figure out how not to make the rowboat go in circles.
