Don, you should go back and shoot it again. There should be no issue shooting from that plaza as it is designated a public space to be enjoyed by all.

Surprised the surveillance cameras inspire someone to come running out and shoo you away — that’s happened to me before and all I was doing was shooting the flags out front, although admittedly I was standing on their property…
