The use of cartoons to express thoughts or belief is a large part of our social and political editorial process. The freedom one has to express an idea through arbitrary means is the basis of cartoons as art form and a motor for it’s inevitable extension into future styles.”
The majority of this 1/2 van was painted by APEX. But if you look close, towards the outside of the rear window, you will see two bears. These were illustrated (and locally celebrated) by Sirron Norris. And he just opened a gallery/studio on Valencia Street.
