In honor of St. Patricks’ Day, a shout out to one of my favorite local bands, Culann’s Hounds. I took this photo (and more here) last year when they played at the Great American Music Hall and around the city.
This year they’re in LA at Molly Malone’s for St. Patrick’s Day, so if you live in LA, check ‘em out tonight.

That’s a great shot. I had the same idea and took some shots the other night at a gig I went to concentrating on the surroundings of the band. there’s a lot going on if you can get close enough.

I had never heard of them, but I’m listening to them now on youtube. They’re very good. And great photograph! That sure caught my attention.
