I saw this guy and his cat last year sometime; asked if i could take a photo and he said no. I tried to anyways, later, but he was turned away. Glad you caught him, interesting to look at.
Yeah, I too asked him to take a photo a while back, which he declined. This time around, I saw him and just snapped it. I know some frown upon this practice, but it is really quite a peculiar site to see a cat perched on one’s shoulder like that, especially when walking down the street. The cat sort of balances the man out, as he walks with a bit of a lean when the cat is not on his shoulder. Very interesting.
