Popular Burger Restaurant Lakeview Harbor Will Return to Lakeview | Where NOLA eats

For nearly a quarter of a century, Lakeview Harbor was the destination on Harrison Avenue for thick burgers topped with grated cheese. As his lease was not renewed, the restaurant closed on January 31.

At the time, the owners said they hoped to reopen in Lakeview. On Friday April 6, the restaurant announced on its Facebook page that it would reopen within two miles of the original location.

Lakeview’s new port will be located at 8550 Pontchartrain Blvd. in the West End. The location, near Sala and Two Tonys, was once the Wasabi Sushi Restaurant.

“We are currently doing some cleaning, renovations and painting and hope to be open as soon as possible,” the Facebook post said. “More news to come. See you soon.”

The former Lakeview Harbor location on Harrison Avenue will become Three B’s, a burger restaurant and wine bar. Three B’s will be led by two brothers, Blake and Brandon Bennett, as well as their father, Kevin Bennett. All three own Andy’s Bistro in Metairie.
