Ingredients to make the famous Grill’d crisps

150g Woolworths Macro Organic Frozen Straight Cut Crisps

1 teaspoon of salt in flakes

Pinch of rosemary

Pinch of oregano

Pinch of thyme

To make the fries, she baked them in the oven at 180 for 15 minutes, or until they were “crisp, golden and glorious.”

During this time, she created the herbal mixture by mixing the ingredients together. Once the fries were ready, she simply sprinkled the herb mixture on top.

“Did you know that the famous Grill’d crisps for a regular have over 550 calories?” Bec said in his now viral TikTok video.

“Take these fries and make this herb mix. It’s rosemary, thyme, oregano, and flaky salt. It tastes exactly the same as the famous Grill’d crisps. These are absolutely unreal and so quick and super easy to do. Yum. This whole serving contained only 146 calories.

Bec said the Woolworths’ frozen chips have the lowest calories and contain minimal ingredients.

“Sometimes I can’t bother cutting potatoes, so I decided to find the frozen version… and that was it,” she said.

While another worker said: “The mixture I use at Grill’d also contains sage.”

Many said they were eager to recreate the fries at home, one woman said: “These look like they are to die for.”
